Evangeline brings expertise in work culture, teamwork, leadership development, adult learning, and large-scale institutional change. With a background in public health, Evangeline worked with Gay Men’s Health Crisis and the NYC Department of Health before serving as Director of Diversity and Equity Programs at Duke University, where she received the Distinguished Activist Award by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Task Force. Marisol brings expertise in participatory evaluation, community-based change, adult learning, and advocacy.  Prior to joining OpenSource, she served as the Advocacy Director for El Pueblo, Inc., a statewide public policy and immigrant advocacy organization where she was awarded the ACLU Frank Porter Graham Advocacy Award. She teaches graduate classes in community practice and critical race analysis at NC State University.  (more)
